Rooms were spacious and comfortable. It's fairly quiet given the highway and airport are pretty close. Everything was clean, which is a most important first step. Can't say enough about the staff. From check in to restaurant folks were accommodating and helpful. There aren't many dining choices close by, but the restaurant inside was pretty good. Breakfast buffet was good. Coffee how we like it, robust! The club sandwich with avocado was very good. Handcut fries were awesome. Nice pool area. The family commented that the water temperature was very comfortable. This hotel is a short walk to the Cumberland stop on the blue line. Might be a challenge in winter on the sidewalks, but mid October it was very easy. You are just a few stops to the airport and it's a relief to avoid Chicago traffic into downtown.

- Spacious room and bathroom - Close to airport - Great water pressure in shower - Well-functioning air-conditioning - Starbucks on site was great! - We ordered omelettes from the hotel restaurant for breakfast and they were delicious

The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed there for work, and the WiFi was great and consistent. Being able to work in the room after leaving the office was key. Also, the staff's helpfulness when I needed something from the pantry at 4am was really great.

Good choice if you have late arrival flight. They have free shuttle bus, it is outside 5e if you arrival at T5. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not included. We ask front desk staff to call a taxi to city for us, the taxi has flat tire accident on the way to pick up, hotel call another one and pay the fee for us. It was very nice of them. We would recommend to others.

It’s a beautiful property and the front desk is amazing! It’s in a convenient location! The room was beautiful and spacious ! The bed was comfortable!

I liked the size of the room for the price and the breakfast buffet. The facility was nice and well put together. I could get access to anything I needed from the front desk.

Room was comfortable and plenty of parking spaces. Key to use elevator. Starbucks and restaurant & bar onsite.

The service was great. I was very happy that the hotel easily facilitated for a late check-out after the Chicago marathon.
